South Ridge Offices are located in the fast growing Steele Creek area of Charlotte. They are sandwiched within 3 miles of 2 major retail destinations, 2 insterstates, the Westinghouse Blvd job corridor, and explosive residential growth. Within a couple miles in either direction is Arsley and Rivergate. Arsley is a mixed use retail/residential towncenter with numerous restuarants, a theater, and trendy shops. Rivergate is becoming the center of Steele Creek and is anchor by a Super Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, and OfficeMax to name a few of the big boxes. Also, within a mile to the east is I-77 and 2 miles to the north is I-485.

On the other side of South Ridge from Westinghouse is Lake Wylie and tremendous residential growth.
